  • ACCUAPOL 6551 BG 70 must be neutralized with amines until reaching a pH 8-8,5, prior to the dilution with water.

  • Stoving enamel systems based with a stoving temperature of 130-160ºC could be achieved with a combination of water reducible melamines and ACCUAPOL 6551.

  • Films made out with the ACCUAPOL 6551 show a good balance of mechanical physical and chemical resistance properties.

  • ACCUAPOL 9050 BG 70 is a polyester to formulate colour paste in order to complete with suitable water resins (e.g. ACCUAPOL 9050 in water at 40%) and combined with water soluble melamine resins (preferably hexa methoxymethyl melamine grade) to stove cured systems.

  • To this combination suitable stoving range is 20-30 minutes at 140-160 ºC, it depends on the melamine.

  • These waterborne enamels have good mechanical properties, flexibility, and adhesion, as well a good yellowing resistance.
