Synthesia Technology’s Operations supervisors team participated in a new progress review session framed in the execution of the Global Operations Plan.<\/p>\n

In April 2021, Synthesia Technology’s Operations supervisors team participated in a progress review session framed in the execution of the Global Operations Plan. This plan was launched in September 2020 and its priority focus is the areas of Safety, Productivity, Projects, Maintenance and Talent Management. Personnel from the Castellbisbal and La Llagosta (Barcelona) plants participated in the meeting.<\/p>\n

In the session, leaders of different departments shared with the group the objectives achieved, the priority areas, details of the activities carried out in the different areas and the company’s results for the first quarter of 2021<\/p>\n

The meeting was also an opportunity to review topics of interest to the operations group and the alignment of priorities and objectives until the end of 2021.<\/p>\n

The focus of the meeting was to generate synergies in the group, involve members from other areas and share experiences to promote team bonding and human interaction in a pleasing and effective way.<\/p>\n

These types of activities help to improve team dynamics, enhancing personal and professional relationships, while stimulating involvement and collaboration. All this with a single objective, to promote commitment and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

All in all, one more step to reinforce and consolidate the Operations area strategy aligned with the current and future demands of the company and the business challenges.<\/p>\n
