Polyurethane prepolymers and polyisocyanate base crosslinkers for 1K and 2K.
Product Type Solvent Solid Content, % Colour Apha) Brookfield viscosity 25 ºC CPs % NCO Funcionality Free monomer content Main Application
Synthan 2060 MDI prepolymer   100%   3000 9,5 <3   One component adhesive. The product confers good adhesion at extensive variety of substrates
• Polyurethane foam panel to wood panel
• Binder for cork and rubber (panel, floor)
It is especially recommended to 1 K humidity curing polyurethane prepolymers designed to binder recycled rubber granules
Synthan 2093 Blocked TDI prepolymer   100%   < 120000 2,4 Nonylphenol   It is used to make liquid polyurethane systems, solvent-free.
It is recommended to improve flexibility in epoxy resins. When used in blends with epoxy resin, the curing agent are polyamines
Synthan 2095  Blocked TDI prepolymer   100%   15000 – 35000 2.0 – 2.6 Nonylphenol free   It is used to make liquid polyurethane systems, solvent-free
It is recommended to improve flexibility in epoxy resins. When used in blends with epoxy resin, the curing agent are polyamines
Synthan 2531 MDI polymer   100   200 31,5 <3
Synthan A-92 MDI prepolymer   100%   4500 15,8 <3   Main uses are:
• Primers
• One component PU coatings
• Cement coatings with good chemical resistance
• Binder for mortar
When SYNTHAN A-92 is used for mortars applications normally is in blend with quartz sand, in this case it is very important the relation between SYNTHAN A-92 and fillers (1:10, and 1:25 resin/ filler)
Synthan PE-3008 Moisture curing prepolymer based on aromatic polyisocyanate       1900 ± 300 7,5 ± 0,5     One component adhesive
SYNTHAN PE 3008 is especially recommended to 1 K humidity curing polyurethane prepolymers designed to binder recycled rubber granules
